Well, we have some exciting new changes for you! We've got a brand new feature for a brand new season, some very handy improvements and some bugs fixed.
Quick create ticket sales event
Did you notice that new icon on the top right of the calendar? That's where you go when you're in a hurry and just quickly want to get your tickets online for a new event. A pop up appears and you'll only have to fill out information that's really needed to immediately start your ticket sales.
Add an order limit per ticket type
Yes! Now you can set an order limit per ticket type. Not just for promo tickets, no, for ALL ticket types.
Facebook Login improvements
For your customers who prefer to use their Facebook log in, we added two improvements:
1. Data 'city' and 'gender' and 'date of birth' when required by the organization, can be added directly to a visitors account by pulling this information from a Facebook account (when this information is filled out in the visitors Facebook account). The visitor will obviously have to give permission to your organization to use this information while logging in.
The collected data will also be visible in Reports - Ticket Sales Graphs.
2. When a visitor hasn't opted-in to one of your opt-ins, than the opt-ins will appear at the payment selection screen. So also when logged in with a Facebook account, the visitor will run into the opt-ins.
The opt-ins will stay visible at the payment selection screen as long as no opt-in was selected, in case a customer changes his mind after a few great visits to your events.
Improvements
In Admin - Defaults the Tickets Scan time before program start changed from hours to minutes.
Some design improvements in the ticketshop and guest list manager.
Bug Fixes
We did some general maintenance and also squatted some bugs in Mailing, Search Advanced and the External Guest list.
That's it for now, folks.
