Hello there! Let me bring you some uplifting news, I can imagine we can all use that. We have been working on some fun features that provide more overview and will make your workflow a notch quicker and easier.

Clear your cache to check out the following improvements in their full glory. Your browser may store data of the old Stager version for quick loading but you want to see the new Stager version! So hit the [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] keys on you Windows computer and [Cmd], [Shift] and [R] on your Mac.

Features

  • Only days with events are selectable in the ticket shop Calendar
    Do you sell tickets for time slots and do your ticket buyers first select a date when landing in the ticket shop? Well, we made it a lot easier for them to find a suitable time slot. Dates without events with tickets on sale are grayed out.

  • Add a timeline to your template
    Why create a new timeline every time for events that basically have the same schedule every night? There is no good answer to that so you won't have to that anymore :). Make a timeline once, as part of an event template, and your timeline is created every time a new event is! It's all about saving time.

  • Send an email to new contact directly from the mailer
    Imagine you want to quickly sent a free ticket to your new best friend. You already composed the mail but your friend is not yet in your contact list... No problem! Just type in the email address and when Stager can not find it in your contact list, it offers you to 'Add the email address'. Click on it and the email address is added to your contact list and you can send that email right away.

  • Guest statistics expanded
    The guest statistics on the Guest page now give you a complete overview of the how, the what and the which. How many guests tickets are issued? And in what way? Of which ticket type? Get a clear image of the amount of guests invited and how many of these invitees accepted the invite and will actually visit your event.

  • Filter calendar by all options
    When using the calendar filter you can now select all options or types created in Settings, instead of just the ones that are used in that month. For example if you have created ten event types, you can select all these ten event types in the filter and this will be saved when scrolling through time.

  • Fit many many events in your calendar
    When organizing more than 4 events every day your calendar might be too small to display all your events at once. You can change the way your calendar displays your many events. Choose Extended or Extended XL in Settings - Planning - Planning defaults to fit more events per day on your screen. It's set per user so every user in your backstage can decide for themselves what they like best!

Improvements

  • Markers to indicate 'Doors open' 'Program start' and 'Program end' time are added to the Timeline.

  • When you don't fill out activity info on the Production tab and you share the activity report, you will no longer see only headers without any info below it. The headers will only visible when info is filled out. Also, links that are added to comments and shared this way are now clickable.

  • We added a comment field to a template on the Personnel tab.

  • The month calendar only showed events of up to three days of the previous or coming month. Now you see the events of all of these days.

  • Add events by event template up to 96 days instead of 90 days. This means you can always plan a full 3 months ahead.

  • Events with status Cancelled are shown with strike-through line through event name in alle Personnel calendars.

Bug fixes

  • When SecureSwap is enabled on organization level, it will also be enabled by default when creating a new event. And vice-versa when disabled.

  • Deleted ticket types for which tickets haven been sold will always stay visible on the Finance tab.

  • The comment field on the Main tab was behaving pretty jumpy. Not anymore! Now you can just click and type.

  • In Settings order of the rows are saved when changed. Goes for Event template, Ticket shop and Opt-in page.

  • It's again possible to create a new contact via Rental or Accommodation in Production.

  • Personnel scheduled for a shift without linked event appear in Reports - Personnel by date again.
