The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)

Update your KYC form before February 15, 2025

Updated this week

Important notice: Update your KYC form!

Provide information to our payment service provider Adyen in order to keep processing payments.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) are global requirements that aim to protect cardholder data and have to be fulfilled by every company that deals with card payments. You need to tick the PCI DSS checkbox in the KYC form before February 15, 2025, to continue processing payments and payouts.

Here’s how you do it in 2 minutes:

1 - Go to Settings - Account - KYC to open the KYC form.

2 - Select PCI DSS questionnaire, read the requirements and when you agree, mark the checkbox to complete the process.

And that’s it!

The PCI DSS explains the rules that anyone processing payments and dealing with card data must follow. Stager uses Adyen's secure, encrypted payment system, so you never have direct access to card data. This means your responsibilities are minimal.

That’s in short what being PCI DSS compliant is all about for you. To confirm compliance, just check the box in the KYC form. It’s simple and helps Adyen and Stager prove they meet security standards.
