Important notice: Update your KYC form! Provide information to our payment service provider Adyen in order to keep processing payments. |
The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) questionnaire helps organizations assess whether they meet the security standards for protecting credit card holder data.
As a Stager user, your role in the payment process is limited because you do not have access to cardholder data. Stager does not share cardholder data such as a credit card number or the name on the credit card with you.
Stager does have access to cardholder data to resolve any problems. Our company meets all the requirements set in the questionnaire.
Because you, as an event organizer, are part of the chain (the ticket buyers are your customers), you must still sign the questionnaire. This is an administrative necessity that does not entail any additional responsibilities.
How do I sign the PCI DSS questionnaire?
Signing the PCI DSS questionnaire is part of the Know Your Customer process. Our payment service provider Adyen is required to check for whom they receive money. They must do this to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
If the data provided is incorrect or not approved, Stager will report this on the Settings - Account - KYC page. We will also provide you with a link to the Adyen form where new data can be submitted for verification.
1 - Go to Settings - Account - KYC to open the KYC form.
2 - To sign the PCI DSS questionnaire, click on the bottom bar in the Adyen form to go to the questionnaire.
3 - Select the name of the signatory at the bottom of the form and check that you have taken note of the above and agree. Click on the 'Sign' button and you're done
