It’s been a busy time with a lot of ‘under the hood’ development and various improvements to make your Stager run smoother. Don’t worry, we’ve also added some fun stuff for you to play with!
Stager scan app updated!
We’ve updated our Stager scan app to include the ability to scan per Ticket Type – for when you have a separate VIP/Guest entrance! You can now also search through your Stager Relations and quickly call and email them, straight from your phone!
New Default Ticketshop with Awesome Stager ticket video
Woah, sexy! That’s what we thought when we saw the ticketshop design :)
We’ve restyled the default ticketshop and added a groovy toaster that spits out tickets when the order is complete. Curious? Check it out here!
Did you style your own ticketshop? Don’t worry, we left your colors and image intact, only the fonts have changed. If you want you can choose another font, there are more than 500 fonts available!
Do you want to use our groovy ticketshop image? Just delete your background image and the Toaster will pop-up! Toast those tickets ;-)

Mailings sent with Stager now look better on mobile
Added a "View this email in your browser" link to Stager mailings, now they can always be seen the way they were designed

We extended the Trash Can information for deleted events: now you see who deleted it, when and if they left a comment, why
Numerous performance optimizations: deleting Ticket Types, loading Ticket Management, sending emails to a large amount of relations
Bug fixes
Customers buying tickets using Microsoft Edge sometimes encountered issues when filling in their birthdate – not any more :)
Locations of ticket buyers are shown in Ticket Sales Graph again!
Events do not appear in app reports – current events wouldn’t appear in the updated app, they do now
