Version 2.19.5

Meer dan 4 jaar geleden bijgewerkt

Holadijee!

A release with mainly minor improvements and bug fixes but also three new features that certainly deserve a paragraph of their own.

Manually scan and unscan tickets in Ticket Management

It was already possible to manually scan tickets with the Stager app. Now you can also manually scan (multiple) SOLD tickets in Ticket Management. Or.. when you accidentally scanned a ticket that shouldn't have been scanned.. just unscan it!

Of course it's registered when a manual scan or unscan action has been done. Click on the Status of a ticket in the Ticket Management table to see which user performed which action.

Tickets lost? Request tickets via Stager website

It happens. You buy a ticket 6 months before the event takes places and somewhere in between the ticket gets lost in your mailbox. No worries. Go, or as organizer refer your customers to, the Stager website.

Pick your favorite language:

  • Tickets lost?

  • Tickets kwijt?

  • Tickets anfordern?

  • Hellup! Me kaartje

To quickly recover tickets. Fill in an email address with which the tickets were bought and we will re-send all tickets for events that take place in the future.

Tip for the organizer: place a direct link on the support section of your website to the Stager Tickets lost page. Saves you time!

'ModifiedSince' in JSON feed updates in more cases

Now it gets a bit technical. If you use the JSON feed to publish information to your website this will be interesting for you. If not, you can skip this part :)

All modifications made on the Main, Publicity and Tickets tab will now trigger the ModifiedSince stamp that can be found in the JSON feed. If you only want to request the feed when changes have been made, use the ModifiedSince stamp. Whenever something has been changed in the event on one of the above tabs, your website will be updated.

Improvements

  • You can send tickets to a relation when a reservation is completed.

  • No one has to scream anymore when filling out 'Country' in the ticketshop. You now live in The Netherlands instead of in THE NETHERLANDS.

  • Also, one can choose if a browser should remember address data when previously filled out in a different form on another website. If saved, Stager ticketshop now auto fills this data when registering so it's even less effort for new users to register.

  • The label 'Date of birth' is added to the ticket shop registration form.

Bug fixes

  • It's wasn't possible to make a reservation for relations without email address.

  • Guest list didn't load when there were no guests on the guest list.

  • Shifts with deleted function types still showed up in the Personnel calendar.

  • Importing data for previously existing relations that were deleted now restores automatically the relation from the Trash Can.

  • A user with ‘See’ permissions for the timeline could still move activities and delete attachments on the timeline.

  • Print style sheet adjusted; data would fall of page when printing a Summary.

  • It wasn't possible to save changes on the Finance tab of an Event template.

Ciao and happy ESNS!
