Ticket importer & creditcard payments

Bulk refunds: creditcard payments more than 150 days ago

Creditcard companies don't allow refunds on payments more than 180 days ago. Ticket buyers should be contacted and they have to provide a regular bank account number in order to refund the purchased amount. Stager has been doing that for you for a while but the work it takes is no longer proportionate to the cost we bill.

This is why we now filter out creditcard payments older than 150 days. We take some extra time here to complete the refund proces. When using the refund-or-donate tool, the ticket buyer will get a notification to contact you, the organizer, and when directly refunding, these payments will be filtered out. After the refund is completed by us, their tickets will still have the status SOLD in Ticket management. Select them and send them a mail to ask for their bank account number so you can refund them in that way.

Multi ticket importer

Are you new to Stager and do you want to import the already sold tickets in Stager? That's easy! If you add the ticket buyers name and email address, we will immediately import them as a contact including the order details. This way you can find them by event and quickly email them if they need extra information about that event. They can use the already received ticket for scanning.

Improvements

  • The color that is selected for an activity on the timeline is also visible on the print version of a time sheet.

  • The event date is preselected for date pickers on the production tab instead of 'today'.

  • The count down or sale on soon options on the ticket tab are grayed out when they can not be used. To prevent confusion!

  • The Personnel report uses the 'numbers' format instead of the 'standard' format for the amount of hours personnel was scheduled. This makes it easier to do calculations.

  • The 'resend ticket link' button triggered an error when clicked if the ticket buyers email address is unknown. We won't show the button now because the email can not be sent anyway.

  • Some old not-so-stylish upload buttons are replaced by nice ones. Also added notifications to several locations when uploading a file that is too big (more than 10MB).

  • Track revenue tracking of multiple events tracking by adding an event to the single or double column.

  • The revenue on the sales overview page now includes the service fees. It's revenue after all!

Bugs

  • Opening a shift in personnel calendar on an Iphone or in Firefox, made the role jump to the first role in the dropdown, even when this was not the assigned role.

  • In some browsers, almost all date pickers would only show the same month and year when trying to select a different month or year. Now you know again when you're at when navigating through time.

  • Different ticket shops with different appearance, will always be presented the right appearance. This got mixed up sometimes.

  • The Personnel calendar couldn't be opened, it didn't recognize week 53 because, well, the year only has 52 weeks, right? No! Not right. Every six years has an extra week. We know this now :)

  • The publish status on the publicity tab wasn't correct when the publication date was set to 'today.

  • In the feed the service fee of a group ticket was only calculated once instead of for every group ticket. It now shows the service fee times the amount of tickets in a group ticket.
