Hopefully everyone enjoyed the partial opening of the event sector 💃🕺. We are happy to see that parties are again organized, sometimes even starting at 06:00 am. Our tech team has been active and we have made some improvements in Stager. Here's the list.
Improvements
The comments you fill in for a refund are now also saved to the ticket detail page
The download time of the receipts have been sped up so you can download them quicker
Dressings rooms also need to get prepared, even before the artist arrive. Now you can set the Dressing room in/out time before or after the venue in/out time in the production planner
Events are now sorted on start time in the personnel planning calender
We've made some improvements for the door sales screen. Sometimes you would get an error on this page but now these are gone
You can now start an event at 05:00 in the morning instead of 07:00. For the early partygoers out there
We expanded the ticket management statistics. Now you can see how many tickets are refunded and/or blocked for an event.
Bugs
Adding an apostrophe to a personnel roles doesn't crash the personnel calender anymore
Default start times are no longer ignored for personnel roles
You can now change info or add comments to the main tab of events in the past
The dates on the production tab is updated when an event is moved
Payment type filter works again for 'Order by sales' date report
Minimal embedded ticketshop showed the 'buy now' button even after the countdown was over
