The summer has finally started! ☀️ Most of you Stager users are already back to work though and to improve your work happiness we have some features, improvements and bug fixes to present.
Feature
The prefix of a contact's last name is now actually part of their last name, instead of stored in a separate field. Prefix and last name are combined everywhere where contact names are used, like among others in contacts, the ticket shop and door sales.
Improvements
The download times of sales exports have been sped up to keep big reports easily downloadable
The same placeholders are used in the ticket download mail (Settings - Ticketing - Ticket shops) as in the mailer (Marketing - Mailings). For example when sending an email to a big group of contacts or a ticket mail, you can personalize it by adding the placeholder “Dear {{first_name}}”, so your mail starts with “Dear Henk” (only if your name is Henk of course 😏 )
Did you bulk edit a group of contacts that you have imported? Stager will give you feedback if the bulk edit was successful or if it failed.
Using Chrome, delete buttons in Settings were not aligned anymore. They’re back in line!
When you want to select a guest ticket in the mailer, we now present you a list of upcoming events. Saves you another 3 seconds of work! 😄
Bugs
Refunded tickets don't disappear from the Tickets by date report anymore
Payments done before July 1st keep their original payment type in the Tickets by date report
When personnel is notified via the Personnel tab the cross is replaced by a checkmark so you can see who is notified and who isn’t.
Orders that are also refunded keep their original price in the Orders by sales date report. The price was set to €0,- and it was therefore no longer visible what the purchase price had been.
Clarified the error message that you get when an email address is added to a new contact that is already in use by an existing contact.
When importing tickets, the order page would show 'no valid tickets'. It now shows the event for which the tickets are imported.
Clicking to Sales overview via Quick links from the ticket tab of an event will show the event you came from on top, followed by later events.
