In april we've worked on new marketing features. Sales tracking was released and new mail components were finished, among bug fixes and improvements.
Features
Create unique links with Sales tracking for the ticketshop or single events. Per link Stager counts the opens/clicks/sales/conversion. You share different links per marketing channel (post, sponsored, email, link in bio, website) and see in Stager how successful each channel is.
The Stager mailer has been expanded with an agenda list and HTML block. The agenda lets you create a list of upcoming events with "buy tickets" button shown and the HTML component is used to create your own layout in HTML.
Improvements
Enters are included in 'notify mail' text block and in mail.
White space margins adjusted in INFO block in ticketshop.
Reverse refund possible for manually refunded tickets.
Add a one to the event overview reports in order to calculate used spaces.
Bug fixes
Plan mode didn't change when assigning 'direct' shift to someone.
Series see permission made save bar disappear.
Birth month showed January in ticketshop in some browsers.
Ticket Management page didn't email reserved tickets contacts.
Wasn't possible to delete a none primary email address of contacts.
Previous and next buttons in event showed errors sometimes.
Dashboard didn't link to multiday events.
Sales end time didn't move when rescheduling an event.
It was only possible to add events to a multiday event when the event had tickets added to it.
Multiday event didn't update after deleting an event.
Finance tab didn't show the total service fee at the bottom of the page.
Planner email address showed as 'invalid email address'.
The overlap notification was undefined.
Event template sale start and end time didn't move with date.
It wasn't possible to add the shortened Youtube links to the 'link' field in Publicity tab.
