This month's developments were all about under the hood maintenance and creating improvements for the production plan tools based on user feedback. There was some good old bug fixing as wel.

Features

  • Stager released templates for advancing forms. You don't have to recreate every advancing form from scratch, but can use recurring elements.

  • Copy and use uploaded document instantly in Program tab. In the first version you needed to download the rider and upload it again in the correct Program tab. Now you can use this document with one click.

  • You can use the same guestlist extractor as used in the app. Just copy/past a list, you don't have to import a CSV-file anymore.

Improvements

  • Any program item can be linked to another event.

  • Itinerary shows time of event in header, so you don't have to go back to the overview to check it.

  • The top table in the itinerary shows general info and a small timetable. This info has been extended and the layout is more clear.

Bugs

  • Text fields in Safari browser in Program tab were too small with only 'See' permissions.

  • Duplicate shift didn't duplicate tomorrows date if the page is not refreshed.

  • Removed ticket types showed old fee on the tickets tab.

  • Events in month view weren't sorted on event start time but event creation date.

  • Delete button on the main tab was visible with see permission. It was not possible to delete events.

  • Event calendar didn't show events with production start date in another month than event date.

  • There were too much log lines when changing event status in the activity log.

  • It was not possible to use "-" in Finance field in event template.

  • It was not possible to create contacts in Door Sales screen.

  • The sales graphs used the wrong order info and showed not all data.

  • The publicity date switched 'before' to 'after' when creating an event from an event template.

  • Send test ticket mail from Ticketshop settings didn't work.

  • The results at the bottom of the finance page stayed 0,00.

  • Ticket management page didn't show data after 'Load more tickets' button correct when handeling more than 2.000 tickets.

  • Schedule items looked not okay in summary print overview.

  • Sales reports in the app only showed events from the past for a short period of time.

  • 'Jump to date' button didn't work for Personnel week view.

  • Activity log for events from template showed last template editor as event creator.

  • Shift availability was not shown in drop-down menu in events, it was shown in the week planner.

  • 'My tasks' page didn't load all tasks and not always showed the linked event.

  • With only the 'See' permission for Personnel, users could not see the names of the contacts working shifts in an event.

  • Too long event titles were not cut off properly in the ticketshop.

  • Shifts weren't sorted correctly in personnel weekview.

  • Valid scan time per ticket type was taken in consideration, even when not used.

  • Ticket types that can't be deleted don't show an error message when trying to delete. It was not possible to delete these ticket types.

  • It was possible to delete roles when these were used for upcoming shifts.

  • A general error was shown when entering a too big number in a promo campaign.

  • Event in series were not sorted chronologically in the Main tab of these events in series.

  • Plan mode didn't jump to 'None' automatically after rostering in worker in event personnel planner.

  • Sales trackers didn't get automatically created for partner publication channels.

  • Multiday events weren't shown in the week and day view of the event calendar.

  • Timeline report print wasn't styled anymore and showed the wrong layout.
