Hello and welcome to our new support & chat system Intercom :) From now on, this will be the place where you can find all your answers, and of course release notes!
The second part of the summer was about working on the new Stager mailer and the integration of TicketSwap and Stager. We did manage to make time for small features and improvements.
TL;DR
SecureSwap, integration between TicketSwap and Stager can be disabled and enabled per event.
We switched from Help Center Zendesk to Intercom. From now on we'll keep in touch by chats and messages via de Stager backstage and regular, old fashioned mailings.
Orders per relation are relocated to a new tab on top of the Relations page, instead at the bottom of it.
SecureSwap
TicketSwap was integrated with Stager in summertime. This means you can safely resell tickets via TicketSwap with a check on valid tickets and original price. It was possible to enable or disable SecureSwap on organizational level but you can now also do that per event. At the bottom of the tab 'Tickets' within an event, you'll find the SecureSwap integration.
Intercom
From now on we are using Intercom as our support and communication system. Intercom is all about chat. You can easily start a chat with us from within the Stager backstage and we can contact you more directly. Intercom also helps us create better self-help articles that you can quickly find. This gives us more time to improve the Stager application!
Orders per relation
Maybe you've noticed something has changed in Relations. All orders made by a relation used to be visible at the bottom of the page of a relation. We've relocated the orders to a separate tab. At the top of the page you find a new tab 'Orders' with the known order information.
Improvements
Small improvements regarding the TicketSwap/ SecureSwap integration.
We replaced the technique of handling emails. This results in more stability when sending large mailings which now goes much, much faster.
Beter calculation of 'Sold out status' in the feed in specific situations.
We changed the order of events in the Stager App so when you have a lot of events at the same time (30+), the events are easier to find.
Removed 'Refund all' button in Ticket Management. Selecting all tickets and refunding all tickets can be done by selecting all tickets and choose 'refund'.
Cancelled events are striked-through in Personnel week calender, Month List overview and in search results.
Several graphic design issues fixed in Stager backstage and ticketshop.
Summary emails are now sent 2 hours before event start instead of 24 hours before event start.
It's not possible to have two users with the exact same username in a Stager backstage account.
Bug fixes
For a short amount of time the affiliate sales info link counted also swapped tickets as sold tickets.
Ticket types for people on the guest list couldn't be changed.
Expiry date for send guest tickets had a invalid date picker.
The refund button in Ticket Management didn't work when the username contained an apostrophe (Winner of the Bug of the Month Award!)
The event overview report showed events based on end time instead of start time.
