A short release note to tell you more about our two newest features.

Apple wallet

When a visitor buys a ticket, they can now easily save that ticket to Apple Wallet or to an Android wallet app. This way the visitor doesn't have to search for the ticket in their mailbox when standing in front of the box office. Even better, they don't have to search at all because when you enter the lat/long coordinates of the venue to the venue details, the ticket will pop up on the visitors phone when they reach the venue.

What do you do? 

  1. Go to Admin - venues and fill out the lat/long coordinates of the address. Use this website to easily find it.

That is all you have to do :)


Send door tickets by email 

When a visitor buys a ticket at the door, don't print it, just email it! Saves time, saves trees and saves frustration when searching for a lost paper ticket.

Of course you will have to know or ask for the visitors email address. Search the relation via Tickets - Door Sales - Search relation. If the relation doesn't yet exist, choose to + Create a new relation. Add tickets to the order and tick the checkbox 'Email ticket to Katelina [Email address of relation]'.

Ah.. forgot to tick the checkbox? No worries, find the order via Tickets - Order List and choose Resend ticket link.

Minor improvement

  • Ticketshop displays full date when event display mode of ticketshop is set to Date, name and start time and you're selling tickets for a Group event
