Happy to update you on our newest features! Most of these features were made by popular demand or sheer logic. Read all about it:
Country customer registration
The time that we only sold tickets to Dutchies is definitely over. From now on you can ask your visitors to select a country as part of the registration process when buying online tickets. This also makes it possible to search for all visitors from a certain country via Search Advanced. You can make this field hidden, optional or required in Admin - Defaults.
Bulk remove: delete or anonymize relations
Sometimes you want to delete a group of relations in one go, for example
when an organization ceases to exist or when you accidentally imported relations with their first and last name switched. Quickly delete (move the relations to the trash can) or anonymize (anonymize the data, GDPR-proof, and then the relations are moved to the trash can) multiple relations. Be sure of your case when anonymizing relations, this can never be restored.
Deleted slider
Maybe you've noticed one slider less then usual on the ticket tab. We've removed the slider for group tickets, because it wasn't used and it's functionality can be used per group ticket. Click 'Configure' and set a limit on the available number of group tickets.
Improvements
When an event is linked to a event group the maximum capacity of that group defines the maximum number of tickets that can be sold. When adding more tickets users got a general error. We've added the reason when you're not able to increase the amount of tickets.
Bug fixes
The reserve button in the screen for door sales was always visible - even when no relation was selected. You need to select a relation to reserve tickets.
Deleted shifts that had the 'Show always' mark under Personnel Settings could behave in unexpected ways and form ghost shifts in the personnel plan board.
If you use Estimates/Results in the finance tab and fill in expenditures, you wouldn't always find these in the finance report.
