Manage your crew members

View and adjust personal and contract information about your team

In Crew - Crew members, you can browse and manage all the crew members in your organisation. This allows you to see an overview of all your crew members, and enrich their profile with information on their skills, contact details, and more.

As a team planner, this gives you an overview of all your crew members. It is the home for all the information about your crew members.

This new system for crew planning means that your personnel are no longer just contacts, but also crew members in our system. This change may result in old personnel being migrated over as crew members, since we checked all contacts with roles or skills. Make sure to check your crew members to ensure there are no old crew members in your system. If you find any old crew members, you can delete them on their profile page. They will then still exist as a contact.

Get insights on your crew

In Crew - Crew members, you can see an overview of your total crew. On this page, you can find a Statistics block, including how many crew members you currently have in Stager, and any upcoming birthdays.

You can also find how many crew members are filling each of the roles in your organization. For example, you can see how many of your crew can work the bar as bartender, or can be a sound engineer for a concert. This can help to uncover any blind spots where you may be understaffed.

This page may seem a little empty at the moment, but we will gradually be adding more statistics and insights! So keep your eyes peeled.

Managing crew profiles

You can view and edit the profiles of your crew members via Crew - Crew members. If you wish to view or edit the profile of a crew member, you can use the search bar under Browse crew members. Use an email address or name to find the right crew member, and click on their profile to access their profile.

Here, you can edit any field in the crew member’s profile, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Profile picture

  • Contact information

  • In Case of Emergency (ICE) contact details

  • Teams and roles

  • Skills

The skill, team and role fields can all be adjusted in Settings - Crew. There you can add custom fields to fit your organization. Read more about that in this article on Crew settings.

Manage crew contract information

In addition to this crew personal information, you can also view and adjust the contract details of your crew members.

When viewing a crew member's profile, click on the Contract tab. Here you can find and adjust details such as:

  • Contract start and end

  • Contract type (specifying agreement on amount of shift/hours per week/month/year)

  • Financial details

You can also add comments and documents, like a signed contract, here for reference.
