How do I ask questions if I don't understand something?

Almost every overview and work process is described in the Stager help centre. However, it may happen that you can’t find a solution to your problem, or want advice, or think you are dealing with a bug. In these cases, please contact us.


Where can I find the chat?

In the lower right corner of almost every overview in the Stager Backstage you will see a chat icon. This is the easiest way to get in touch with us. You can ask questions or send pictures via the chat.


How do I contact support via email?

Send an email to support@stager.co if you prefer to stay in touch that way. Your email is sent to Stager's general mailbox. We aim to answer you within one working day.
