The itinerary collection feature shows multiple itineraries in one clear overview. This allows users to share all important information, including scheduling and agreements, related to multiple program items easily with one link.
This is particularly useful for festivals or events where a single artist is booked for multiple performances, such as a workshop, DJ set and lecture. An organiser can create an itinerary collection of all the relevant timings and agreements, and send a complete overview to the artist so they know everything they need to know for the entire event.
Creating an itinerary collection
Once you have created the necessary itineraries for your event, you can create an itinerary collection.
Go to Planning - Itinerary. This page lists all your upcoming and past itineraries in one place. To create your itinerary collection, click the yellow button + New itinerary collection.
Give your itinerary collection a name, and add the program items you wish to include. When you’re finished, click Create itinerary collection.
Now you can customise your itinerary collection page. Add a header image and introduction text. View the progress of your advancing, and check if any information is missing. If you wish to add or delete any program items in your collection, do so here as well.
