As a ticket buyer you can easily and safely resell tickets via TicketSwap. TicketSwap facilitates ticket sales and ensures that tickets are resold for a maximum of 20% above the original sales price. Read below to learn how to securely resell your tickets via TicketSwap.
How do I resell my ticket with TicketSwap?
After purchasing your ticket, you receive a confirmation email. In this mail you will find the Tickets button. When you click this link, you can download your tickets as a PDF. You can upload this PDF to TicketSwap to sell your tickets.
How do I resell my delayed ticket with TicketSwap?
If you bought a ticket with delayed download for an event, you may still be waiting for the mail with the Tickets button. If the organization from which you bought a ticket allows it, it is already possible to resell your purchased ticket through TicketSwap, even before you receive the actual ticket(s).
You can find a link to My tickets in both the initial text and under the heading 'Practical information' in your confirmation mail.
After you press this link, the shop of the organizer you bought the ticket from, will automatically open. Here you select the right event and press the 'Sell on TicketSwap' button to sell your tickets via sealed tickets. Next, create an account at TicketSwap or log in with an existing account to sell your ticket.
The link to TicketSwap in the confirmation mail is a regular link to their platform. It is not possible to resell Sealed tickets via that route. This is only possible via My tickets in the shop.
