The Trash can - deleted information

The 'soft delete' and how to find deleted info again.

If you have accidentally deleted an event or a contact, you can restore this information via Settings - Account - Trash Can. In the trash can you also find, for example, Contact Types or Ticket Types that you may or may not have deleted on purpose.

Restoring information is done with one mouse click. To do this, click on the arrow at the end of the relevant line.

Stager does not throw away information, but hides information that is no longer relevant (for example, ticket types that you no longer use). We always advise that you first look in the trash can before creating a new ticket type or contact type, for instance. You may have already used something similar before.
