You can easily view or edit your organizational details in Stager via Settings - Account - Organization. Here, the legal representative can fill in the general information of your organization. Each organization has one legal representative.
Only users who have the permission to change the organization settings can edit details here. Stager B.V. will be notified of any change.
Data entered here will be recorded in the administration of Stager B.V. Enter legally correct information, for example, the name of your company as registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
How do I change the legal representative?
The person who set up a Stager account automatically becomes the legal representative. This person manages important information, has all account permissions and cannot be deleted. Only the legal representative can appoint another backstage user as legal representative. You can do this via Settings - Accounts - Organization.
What are key contacts?
Key contacts are designated users within the organization who are emailed with updates from Stager, important changes to the system, or your account information. In this way we do not have to email every user from every organization, and the right information reaches the right people.
