In the Stager app under Personnel, you can see an overview of all shifts, and who is scheduled for each day. You can immediately see which shifts still need to be filled.

In the app, go to the Personnel heading, which immediately opens the overview of shifts for 'today'. At the top of the list, you may see shifts that end on today's date, but still belong to the previous night. A grey heading indicates the date line when the shift started.

Click on a completed shift to view the contact details of that person. You can email or call someone directly.

The coloured dots for a shift correspond to the personnel groups your organization uses. Choose the yellow circle at the bottom right to filter for each group, so you only see shifts from a certain group.
