Set a retention period for contact data.

As an organizer you collect data from ticket buyers and other contacts. You are the owner of this data and have made a choice about its retention period. You set this up via Settings - Marketing - Privacy.

Here you set how many years you want to keep the data of contacts after their last activity. After this period, contacts are automatically anonymized and deleted. This data can no longer be retrieved.

Contacts are automatically deleted a number of years after:

  • Last login in the ticket shop.

  • Last use in the Backstage.
