Publish events to partner publication channels.

With one click, send out all your event information to our partner publication channels

Updated yesterday

It's possible to connect Stager with multiple channels so that publishing your event pushes information to both your website, and other external channels, including your own specified channels and our partner publication channels.

To learn how to set up your own channels, like linking your events to your website, you can read this article.

The following article will explain how to publish your events to our partner publication channels.

How to active partner publication channels

Stager has an automatic link with a number of marketing platforms and apps. These partner publication channels can publish event information that you have entered in Stager. Sometimes you have to agree a fee with the platform or app to post your content. In some cases this is free.

Under Settings - Integrations - Partner publication channels you can set the platforms and apps where you want to publish the event data.

Clicking on each channel will give you information about how the partner publication channel works, and you are able to activate this channel for your publicity.

By setting the channel as visible on the publicity tab, then it will appear when creating or editing your events. You can also choose to select this channel manually, so that event information will only be shared when you actively choose this channel in the publicity tab. Choosing 'Upon event creation' will send event information automatically to this channel when you set an event status to Confirmed.

When activated, sensitive ticketing information such as when ticket sales go online and offline, or how many tickets have been sold, is not shared. However, it is possible to see ticket prices and where visitors can buy this ticket.

Each platform has its own rules and filters for recording event information. Ticking the checkbox in Stager does not guarantee publication on the platform and Stager has no influence on which events are or are not shown on a third party platform. This is decided by the publishing party.
