Export contacts and email addresses to an Excel file.

Updated over a week ago

In Stager you can export all your contacts; whether ticket buyers, employees or volunteers. This means you can quickly create overviews of different contact types such as board members, club pass holders, (bar) volunteers and event visitors. The possibilities are endless.

Exporting contacts

Select All contacts via Marketing - Contacts. All of the Contact fields can be exported to an Excel or CSV file. Select the contacts you want to export and click on the button with the desired export format at the bottom of the search results.

Do you want to edit your export? Choose an Excel file for an easy edit. Choose CSV (Comma Separated Values) if you want to import your export somewhere else. CSV is a type of text file where the data is separated by commas. It's a more complicated format to use, but computers read it very easily.

Are you going to print passes with barcodes for volunteers or membership holders, for example? Then make an export of your contacts with your Membership: you can do this via Audiences. The unique contact ID is included in the export and the personal barcode is added.

Importing contacts

Importing an existing contact database into Stager is also possible. Read how to here.
