Locations

Set the locations and spaces where your events take place.

Settings - Planning - Locations is the place to create a location for your event. It is also the place to indicate what sort of facilities and spaces this location has.


Locations

You can find the locations at Events - Main when you create an event. The name of the venue and the address details are shown on the tickets to indicate the location of the event.

In the settings you also enter the coordinates (the latitude and longitude) of your location. These are added to the online tickets if they are stored in a digital wallet. The visitor can get a pop-up on the phone as soon as they are near the location when visiting an event.


Spaces

Under Spaces, pick the stages or rooms your venue has. You specify the maximum number of visitors for each room - the Capacity. The Capacity you enter here serves more as a reminder than as a limit. You indicate the actual capacity with the number of tickets to be sold.

Spaces can be found at Events - Main. The Spaces checked there are visible in the various calendars. You can now see at a glance which activities are scheduled, and in which room.

Do you want the Space to be included on your ticket? You can set this at Settings - Ticketing - Design.
