Trash can and recovery

How to find deleted information in Stager.

If you have accidentally deleted an event or a contact, you can restore this information via Settings - Account - Trash Can. In the trash can you also find, for example, Contact Types or Ticket Types that you may or may not have deleted on purpose.

Restoring information is done in one click. Simply click on the Restore button next to the item you wish to restore.

Stager does not throw away information, but hides information that is no longer relevant (for example, ticket types that you no longer use). We always advise that you first look in the trash can before creating a new ticket type or contact type, for instance. You may have already used something similar before.

Note that not everything in Stager goes to the trash can. If an item is not connected to anything else, or if it can easily be recreated, it will be hard deleted instead. This means it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
