A number of settings can be set as default. These apply to every event in your Stager environment. You set them under Settings - Planning - Planning defaults.
Event Creation
When creating an event in Events - Main, it is mandatory to enter a location and Program start and Program end times. Production start and Doors open fields are optional, and in this screen you choose whether or not to show them.
Finally, enter the Summary recipient. Two hours before an event starts, an overview of that event will be emailed to a specified email address. In the summary you can see the most important points of that event in a handy print overview.
