Here you'll find income and expense items that are used when creating a budget or income statement. The created items appear at Events - Finance. Budgets and results are kept here.
A distinction is made between income and expenditure with: Revenue (income) and Costs (expenditure). The income from the Ticket Sales is automatically included in the income ledger at Results, no separate Budget Heading needs to be created for this.
These budget items will show in the exports from Reports - Finance. There, overviews are generated of the Revenues and Costs for a period, project type, and project leader, or per event.
Examples of budget items:
Revenue; bar receipts, coin token sales, cloakroom
Costs; wages, sejour, travel expenses, hotel accommodation, security, booking fee, technicians.
