The ticket income is received on your own Adyen account, which gives you control over the payment. You can arrange these payments at Settings - Account - Payout.
Payout mode & balance
When your ticket income is being paid out, the entire available balance will be deposited into your bank account, with the exception of:
Chargeback reserve.
Refund reserve (optional).
Payout fee including VAT.
If the ticket buyer reverses the amount via the credit card company, this is called a chargeback. The action can be justified or unfounded, but it is always investigated after the action takes place. This action entails a certain risk. The chargeback reserve covers the risk of chargebacks. The amount is the sum of credit card payments for events that have not yet taken place. When an event has ended, ticket revenue paid by credit card will be made available for payout shortly afterwards.
The refund reserve is an amount that you set yourself. This amount is kept on your account in case you want to make a refund immediately after a payout.
The payout fee plus VAT is immediately debited from your account after payout and can be found on the monthly Receipt.
You always choose a weekly or monthly scheduled payout:
Weekly on Monday.
Monthly on the last day of the month.
Do you want to be paid extra in between? Then choose a manual payout.
Payout statement
After making a payout (both scheduled and manual), the action will appear in the Payouts overview. A payout statement is available for each payout, and can be used for administration. An email is also sent to the billing email address and, in the case of a manual payout, to the person who made the payout.
