The contact account is the account you use to log in to Stager's ticket shop environment. This is always linked to a unique email address and is used to buy tickets, schedule services or subscribe to the newsletter. This is a very different account than that used by the user who logs in to the Backstage.
How can I log in or create an account?
You log in or create an account via the following link:
https://[NAME ORGANIZATION].stager.co/shop/default/login
Enter the name of the organization at [organization] to complete the link.
The email address you use must be unique for each organization. Each organizer owns 100% of all data. Stager does not have a central database where data is exchanged between organizers. Each contact must therefore create an account for each organization.
After creating an account you can immediately order tickets, be scheduled for shifts or receive the newsletter. In the ticket shop environment you can find previous orders or you can view shifts for which you are scheduled and specify your own availability for them.
Why can't I log in to my account?
When logging in, there are always three things you need to check:
Check if you are trying to log in to the correct ticket shop. Every organization working with Stager has its own ticket shop on it's own domain. Please check if you use the correct one.
Check if you are trying to log in to a ticket shop. The organizer also logs in to Stager, but has different login page. If you see the sentence 'This login page is for organizers. Want to buy tickets?' you are on the wrong page! This is a screenshot of this organizer login page:

There is no mobile app for ticket buyers. So you can not login to the Stager app as a ticket buyer.
The email and password do not match. This means that one of the three above mentioned things of login in is not correct (wrong link, wrong email or wrong password). You can set a new password by clicking 'Reset your password'.
How do I manage personal data and opt-ins?
When a ticket buyer indicates their interests or preferences.
When a ticket buyer with a contact account is logged into their account, they can manage their preferences themselves via the tabs Interests and Personal information.
How can I manage my event interests in my account?
Interests in the ticket shop login correspond to the Customer Interests that are set for each event on the Publicity tab. We link the public to your categories via the Interests. You have an event where you made a Customer Interest, ‘Rock’ and you have contacts who have the Customer Interest ‘Rock’.
Contacts can adjust their interests themselves when they log into the ticket shop. Stager responds to their actions. So, when a contact buys a ticket from an event marked as ‘Rock’, that person's interests are automatically updated in Contacts.
How can I manage my Stager subscriptions and opt-ins?
During the registration process you can ask ticket buyers additional questions and show options: maybe an opt-in to a monthly newsletter. You can then search for all Contacts who have checked a certain opt-in via Marketing - Contacts - Audiences. Contacts can activate and deactivate their opt-ins themselves, using their ticket shop login in the tab Personal details, under the heading Registrations. Read more about opt-ins here.
As an organizer, it is not possible to check or uncheck certain opt-ins for contacts. It is down to the contacts themselves to manage these registrations via the ticket shop login.
Where can I find my personal QR code and Stager memberships?
An organizer can offer specific visitors cheaper or free tickets. This is done through memberships and used, for example, to reward venue volunteers with free tickets, to get donors to order tickets sooner or to offer partners a discount.
As a member you will see an overview in the ticket shop of the tickets you can order, how often you have already ordered tickets and where you can find your personal QR code.
When you log in, you will see your own personal barcode and various memberships in the ticket shop via Menu - My memberships. Each membership is linked to a ticket type. You can see the validity of the membership, the maximum number of tickets per event and how often this ticket type has already been used.
You will find this overview when you log in via the following link:
https://[organization].stager.nl/shop/default/account/memberships
Enter the name of the organization at [organization] to complete the link.
Some organizers allow entry with a member pass. The code on the membership card corresponds to the QR code that you can find here. This QR code can be scanned on your mobile for access to an event. This function needs to be agreed with the organizer.
