How to buy and receive Stager tickets.

Buying tickets for your favorite events is a straightforward process. This guide explains how to purchase tickets, where to find them, and what to do if something goes wrong.


How to buy a ticket

The ticket purchase process consists of four simple steps:

1. Selecting tickets

You can usually find ticket links on the website, newsletter, or social media of the organizer. The link typically looks like this: https://[ORGANIZATION NAME].stager.co/shop/default. Once in the ticket shop, click on the event you want to attend and select your tickets. These are placed in your basket. Click Place order to proceed.


2. Personal Information

Enter your email address to continue.

  • If you have an account: You can log in with your password or proceed directly to checkout.

  • If you are new: You can create an account or continue as a guest. You must provide at least your name and email address. The organizer may request additional information.


3. Checkout

Verify the email address where the tickets will be sent. Review your order and choose your payment method. You will then be redirected to your bank or payment app to complete the transaction.


4. Downloading tickets

After a successful payment, you are sent back to the shop. You can immediately download your tickets, share them, or add the event to your calendar. If you are on a mobile device, you can save tickets to your wallet. You will also receive an email with a download link.


Where to find your tickets

You can access your tickets on the final page of the purchase process or via the link in your confirmation email.

How to re-download tickets

If you need to download your tickets again later, you can do so through your account:

  1. Go to: https://[organization].stager.co/shop/default/account/tickets (Replace "[organization]" with the name of the event organizer).

  2. Log in with your username and password.

  3. Navigate to the My Tickets page to download your orders.


Managing your password

If you need to set or reset your password to log in:

  • Select the Forgot your password? option on the login page.

  • You will receive an email to set a new password.


Troubleshooting: Payment made but no tickets received

If you have paid but have not received your tickets, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The email is in your SPAM box: Check your junk or spam folder for an email from Stager.

  • Incorrect email address: If you made a typo in your email address, the tickets cannot reach you. In this case, you must contact the event organizer to correct your details.

  • Time limit exceeded: There is a time limit to complete your order. If you pay after the session has expired, the tickets are no longer reserved. Stager will automatically refund the full amount to your account.

  • Payment platform malfunction: If a technical error occurs during the transaction, the order may not complete. In these cases, the purchase amount is automatically refunded, and you will need to start a new order.

How to download a receipt (factuur)

If you need a receipt for administrative purposes, you can generate one easily:

  1. Open your ticket confirmation email.

  2. Click the Receipt button. (Note: This button is not available if Delayed download is active until the tickets are released).

  3. You will be redirected to the shop where you can add extra information to the receipt.

  4. Download the generated PDF.

Please note that receipts cannot be altered once generated, but you can always re-download them using the same link.
