It may be that you need to personalize your ticket before you can download it in Stager. This process is simple and straight-foward, and this article will take you step-by-step through the process.
Step 1: Enter the ticket shop
Directly after purchase, a confirmation screen in the ticket shop will notify you (the ticket-buyer) that your tickets require personalization. You will also receive an email notification with the same message regarding personalization.
Step 2: Assign and/or claim a ticket
In the ticket shop, you will be able to personalize your tickets. No tickets can be downloaded until they have been personalized. You can then assign each ticket to a friend, and/or claim a ticket for yourself..
Step 3: Send the ticket to your friend for them to claim
Adding the email address of a friend assigns the ticket to that email address. The recipient receives an email notification for them to claim their ticket. The recipient then adds their details - or not, if they have already before - and claims the ticket for themselves.
Step 4: Download your ticket
Once a ticket has been claimed, it can then be downloaded. You (the ticket-buyer) can retract the ticket personalization if you wish, and re-assign it to a different person, through the ticket shop. The ticket then needs to be personalized again by the new assignee.
