How can I see what has changed in an event?

Which changes are logged?

You can view a chronological overview of changes done on the Main tab of an event by clicking the Activity log button in the top right corner of the Main tab.

To access the Activity log, users must have the permission to 'View activity log'. You can manage these under Settings - Account - Users.

In the Activity Log, you can see which user made a change and when it happened.

The log mainly tracks changes to key fields in the Main tab, such as:

  • Event name

  • Start date

  • Start Production

  • Doors open

  • Program start

  • End time

  • Venue

  • Space

  • Status

  • Project lead

  • Project type
