What are the specifications of the ticket image?

Updated over 5 months ago

Personalize the ticket with announcements, sponsor messages or directions.

Upload an image and logo at Settings - Ticketing - Design. The image you upload here will appear on every online ticket sold for all events sold online. You can overwrite this for each event, at the bottom of the 'Tickets' tab of an event with a different image.

You can also enter a text you want to show on the ticket. This text can also be overwritten for each event. Finally, indicate whether the event spaces should be printed on the ticket and whether the end time of the event should also be stated.

Ticket image

  • The specifications of the image on the e-ticket:

  • Upload a .jpg or .png. No PDF.

  • The open space on the ticket is square (same height as width).

  • Set a print resolution (e.g. 300 dpi) for a sharp result.

  • Try to keep your ticket < 400 KB for speedy downloading.

  • Don't use uncommon characters in the title of the image. This can lead to errors.

The language in which the standard information is displayed on the ticket depends on the language that the ticket buyer has indicated in the ticket shop. If someone has this set to Dutch, you will see, for example, ‘Locatie’ and ‘Datum’, and if it is set to English, you will read ‘Location’ and ‘Date’.
