On this page you can see the agreements made between your organization and Stager B.V. and how to change the package you are using.
Active deal
Initially you will find one deal here, the current agreements. Here, you can always find what the agreed prices are between your organization and Stager for:
Plan price - these are the monthly subscription costs we charge if you use a comprehensive package for production and workforce planning.
Payout fee - we charge a fee for each payment to your own account. You can set the payout frequency via Setting - Account - Payouts.
Chargeback fee - costs we charge in the case of a credit card chargeback.
Ticket fee, by payment method - fees that Stager collects for each ticket sold online.
Refund fee, per payment method - costs that Stager charges for every refund of a ticket purchased online.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
If a new deal is created with different prices, for example if you sold more tickets than you initially specified, a new deal will be added to this page. The old deal always remains visible.
