Stager offers several payment methods you can enable for your ticket shop. This gives your ticket buyers multiple options for how they want to pay for their purchase.
You can enable the available payment methods in Settings - Ticketing - Payment methods. All methods are enabled by default.
Here you can also drag-and-drop the different payment methods to change the order in which they are displayed in your shop.
These settings apply to all your ticket shops.
The current available payment methods are:
iDeal/Wero: The Netherlands' most used payment method.
Credit card: VISA, Mastercard and Bancontact card.
Bancontact: A Belgian method in which the payment is authenticated with a QR code via the Bancontact app.
PayPal: A widely used international digital wallet.
Each payment method charges a different fee per ticket. There's a fixed fee + a variable (%) fee. The variable fee is calculated over the complete ticket cost, so ticket price + VAT + service costs. The payment method fees can be found in Settings - Account - Deals.
