How do I ask questions if I don't understand something?

Almost every overview and work process is described in the Stager help centre. However, it may happen that you can’t find a solution to your problem, or want advice, or think you are dealing with a bug. In these cases, please contact us.


In the lower right corner of almost every overview in the Stager Backstage you will see a chat icon. This is the easiest way to get in touch with us. You can ask questions or send pictures via the chat.


Send an email to if you prefer to stay in touch that way. Your email is sent to Stager's general mailbox. We aim to answer you within one working day.
